Key Responsibilities :

Client & Account Management
Oversee day-to-day execution across assigned PR accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Ensure accurate understanding and delivery of briefs, messaging, and timelines

PR Strategy Execution
Execute approved PR strategies aligned with client objectives
Identify proactive media opportunities (trends, thought leadership, expert commentary)
Support reputation and issue management initiatives

Media Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media stakeholders
Pitch, follow up, and manage interviews and story placements
Secure consistent coverage across print, digital, and broadcast media

Content Development
Develop and review press releases, pitches, media notes, Q&As, and briefs
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand tone and messaging

Monitoring & Reporting
Track daily media coverage and maintain accurate logs
Prepare structured coverage and performance reports
Analyze coverage quality and suggest improvements\

Internal Coordination & Team Support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and approvals
Guide and review work of junior team members

Must-Have Skills & Requirements
4–6 years of Public Relations experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong media relations and client management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines
Strong understanding of media landscape and PR tools
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
