Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Campaigns
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Manage campaign execution from briefing to delivery, including contracts, timelines, and budgets.
Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
Identify and pitch brand collaboration opportunities to boost visibility and positioning.
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with brands, agencies, and stakeholders.
Manage co-branded campaigns, events, and activations to drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs and deliverables.
Prepare post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and optimization strategies.
Team & Client Management
Coordinate with internal PR, creative, and digital teams for integrated campaign delivery.
Maintain clear client communication, updates, and strategic recommendations.
Support and mentor junior team members on influencer and partnership best practices.
Must-Have Skills
3–5 years of influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnership experience (agency preferred)
Strong influencer and brand network across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, tech, or consumer categories
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
