Key Responsibilities :
Client & Account Ownership
Act as primary client point of contact for assigned accounts
Own account plans, timelines, scope, and budgets
Lead client calls, reviews, and planning sessions
PR Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute PR strategies aligned to business goals
Define messaging frameworks and campaign plans
Convert client briefs into actionable internal plans
Execution & Quality Control
Review and approve PR deliverables (press releases, pitches, bylines, Q&As)
Oversee launches, announcements, and ongoing PR programs
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
Media Relations
Maintain strong media relationships and drive proactive outreach
Identify and secure coverage opportunities
Monitor news cycles and industry trends
Team Management
Lead and mentor Account Executives / Account Managers
Allocate work, track progress, and ensure delivery quality
Provide feedback and performance guidance
New Business Development
Pitch and support new business opportunities
Draft new business scopes and proposals for approval
Contribute to agency growth through strategic outreach
Reporting & Measurement
Oversee coverage tracking and reporting
Align PR outputs with client KPIs
Present outcome-focused performance reports
Must-Have Skills
6+ years of PR experience (agency preferred)
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts
Strong understanding of the Indian media landscape
Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and time management
