Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning
Assist in developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to support campaign planning and optimization.
Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts, creatives, and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives.

Execution & Optimization of Paid Campaigns
Set up, manage, and optimise paid digital campaigns including PPC, social media ads, and display campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, keywords, and creatives to improve ROI.
Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and approved creative directions.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyse key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS/ROI, and conversions.
Assist in preparing regular performance reports for internal teams and clients, highlighting key insights and learnings.
Use analytics and platform tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, platform insights, etc.) to identify opportunities for optimization.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Support in optimizing landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
Assist with A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing page elements.
Use user behaviour and performance data to suggest improvements to user experience and campaign effectiveness.

Learning, Experimentation & Trend Tracking

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance and growth marketing.
Actively experiment with new formats, platforms, and techniques under guidance to improve results and learning.
Share relevant insights, case studies, or platform updates with the team.


Skills & Experience
0–2 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising (internships included).
Basic understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
Comfort working with numbers, data, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to execution.
Curiosity, willingness to experiment, and eagerness to learn.
