Role Overview:
The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving measurable business growth for
agency client brands, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising,
other digital ad platforms, and integrated growth tactics.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance marketing, analytics, and
experimentation. The ideal candidate thinks beyond just running ads — they understand
funnels, user behavior, creative performance, and how digital campaigns contribute to
real business outcomes like revenue, leads, retention, and brand scale.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth Strategy & Planning:
● Own and drive growth objectives for assigned client brands (leads, views,
engagement, awareness, etc.).
● Translate marketing and business goals into full-funnel growth strategies across
paid media and supporting digital channels.
● Identify growth opportunities through audience expansion, new formats,
creative angles, and funnel optimization.

2. Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:
● Plan, execute, and optimise Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across
awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
● Manage and optimize campaigns across other platforms as required (Google
Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
● Own media planning, budget allocation, bid strategies, and scaling decisions.

3. Creative & Funnel Collaboration:
● Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to guide
performance-driven creatives while staying true to brand voice.
● Brief teams with clear creative insights derived from data (hooks, formats,
messaging, CTAs).
● Collaborate on landing pages and funnel optimization to improve conversion
rates.

4. Data, Analytics & Optimization:
● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager,
GA, and other tools.
● Generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations based on
performance data.
● Set up and monitor tracking, pixels, events, and conversion APIs where required.

5. Experimentation & Growth Hacking:
● Design and run structured experiments to unlock new growth levers.
● Explore non-traditional or emerging tactics (UGC ads, influencer whitelisting,
retargeting flows, community-driven ads, etc.).
● Stay updated on platform changes, new ad formats, and growth trends.
Proactively suggest new opportunities to scale or optimize client growth.

6. Client & Stakeholder Management:
● Act as a growth partner to clients, not just an execution lead.
● Present growth strategies, performance reviews, and insights to clients clearly
and confidently.
● Manage expectations and communicate wins, learnings, and next steps
transparently.

Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing (agency experience
preferred).
● Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager. Know-how of Google Ads,
YouTube, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.
● Proven ability to drive and scale campaigns against clear KPIs.
● Strong analytical, optimization, and creative problem-solving skills.
● Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams.
● Growth-first thinker, not just a media buyer, with a clear understanding of
marketing principles and consumer behavior.
● Able to balance performance metrics with long-term brand health.
● Experience working with D2C, real estate, lifestyle, F&B, hospitality, FMCG or B2B
brands.
● Familiarity with tools like GA4, Hotjar, Web flow, Shopify, or similar.
